YIN YOGA
How it Works:
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style where poses, or asanas, are held for longer periods of time to target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. You will leave class with a calm mind and an enlightened spirit.

Power Vinyasa
How it Works: Power Yoga provides a unique and intriguing sequence that is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging, yet approachable. While you move one breath per movement for most of the class, you may find yourself in longer holds as well. This power yoga class is a dynamic approach to reach a meditative state while also providing a killer cardio and strength-training workout.
Medium to High Intensity/Perfect for:
Intermediate yogis looking for cardio and strength-building in their practice.
HATHA YOGA
How it Works:
A traditional class that provides the foundation for other yoga classes. Hatha yoga is a holistic path with focus on physical postures (asana), purification procedures, breathing and meditation. We will strengthen, stretch, and explore poses in a playful, yet relaxing environment.
Low to Medium Intensity/Perfect For:
Beginners to intermediate yogis.

vin-yin yoga
How it works:
Vin-Yin is a Vinyasa and Yin combo class. The best of both worlds! The class begins with breath work and a warm up, then moves on to high-energy vinyasa flows sprinkled with some asanas, and finishes with a restorative Yin sequence.
Low to High Intensity/Perfect for:
High energy sequences and restorative poses all in the same yoga class.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
How it Works:
Like Hatha Yoga, Gentle Flow will focus on physical postures and breathing techniques, with an added benefit of "flowing" from one pose to the next. A relaxed paced class designed for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. We gently open all the joints of the body, safely stretch the muscles and relax the mind.
Medium Intensity/Perfect For:
Anyone who enjoys a more gentle, slower paced vinyasa (movement between poses in yoga, typically accompanied by regulated breathing) class.

Easy listening with a soft mix of acoustic and organic songs.
Flow & Restore YOGA
How It Works:
Immerse yourself in a smooth and fluid flow to strengthen the deep muscles of the pelvic floor. After the heat builds and the muscles are primed, unwind and restore in deep asanas.

This yoga class uses a combination of Hatha and Yin techniques, perfect for all skill levels.
Feel good yoga & Stretch
How it works:
Create internal peace and mind body connection with this feel good yoga class. This class is excellent for athletes, dancers, and beginners; the ideal compliment to dynamic muscular forms of fitness to help stretch and open to your true potential. Want to turn your yoga practice up? Slow Burn is a lot of fun, great workout, and overall amazing feeling in your day! Challenge your strength, center your balance, open your practice to the next level. This is class is playful with sequencing, challenging by holding postures, and a little different each time you come to class.

relax on the wall
How it works:
This class is just as the title sounds, providing an opportunity to relax, on the wall. We lay on our back with feet up the wall, moving slowly through sequenced postures, allowing for time to rest and hold the pose. We aim for a very comforting environment, giving all students a sense of welcome and ease as we breath and anchor into the earth.
