barre/mat PILATEs

How It Works:

This mat and barre workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment, and muscular balance.  Use weights, resistance bands, and fitness balls to increase intensity.  The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk.

PUMPED UP KICKS

How It Works:

This fusion class of cardio-kickboxing and weight training will get you pumped up!  Alternate between boxing and martial arts choreographed cardio and targeted weight-lifting for arms, shoulders, back, and chest.

Fitness warriors who want to feel powerful, strong, and sexy.

Old school heavy rock and thrash metal for the furious.

 

Strength Training

How It Works:

This class is aimed at educating, empowering and inspiring all shapes and sizes and fitness levels to lift weights. You'll gain strength and build muscle.

This 45 minute class focuses on toning the legs and glutes by mixing Barre with traditional strength training exercises.

How It Works:

Circuits of weights, core work, and cardio to start your day off sweaty and with lots of endorphins.

Everyone! We work on getting stronger, getting a little muscle definition, and having fun. Every single exercise and cardio move can be modified from low to high intensity. The class can be exactly the level you need it to be.

Soulfusion

How It Works:

SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, body weight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!

Stability Ball Fusion

How It Works:

Full body strength and functional workout with an emphasis on movement stemming from the core. Throughout this class you will utilize different pieces of equipment such as stability & Pilates sized balls, sliders, bands, and light weights.

HIIT

How It Works:

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. The format is three rounds of the following format for a total of six minutes at each station: 45 seconds of high intensity, 15 seconds of rest, 45 seconds of lower intensity. Once a 6 minute block is complete, there are 90 seconds of rest and transition to the next station. There are 5 stations in total.

Turn Up and Tone TM

How It Works:

Turn Up Dance Fitness TM has a game changing formula that turns an intense interval training workout into a party, into therapy, into a release that can be life changing. Turn Up and Tone stays true to the Turn Up experience while adding another layer of strength training as a major focus.The EMOTION of each song drives the movements which organically lends itself to full body workout, the added resistance will be intentionally incorporated into the Turn Up formula.
