CARDIO DRUMMING
How it Works:
This is the one workout that really ROCKS! This full body cardio jam session combines light resistance training (utilizing weighted drum sticks) with constant simulated drumming. This all levels class torches those calories while toning up and rockin' out.
Low to High Intensity/Perfect For:
Whether you're a fitness newbie or long-time gym expert, you will jump, punch, twist, and kick through an awesome playlist of upbeat jams and find yourself re-energized and just plain happy. Modifications provided to meet your fitness level.

Shake your groove thing to retro pop hits from the '70's and '80's.
Equipment available to first 30 participants who sign up or bring your own. Equipment required: 65 cm. fitness ball, 17 gal. plastic tub, and a set of drumsticks.
cardio KICKBOXING
How it Works:
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!
High Intensity/Perfect For:
This class is for the gym "rat" who wants to get down and dirty and blast those calories. You'll feel ready to take on the World after this intense yet fun class.

TABATA
How it Works:
Dubbed "the 4 minute miracle" by some fitness enthusiasts, Tabata is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) system where you go as hard as you can for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest and then you repeat that 7 more times. Doing as little as 4 minutes (or one "Tabata") can increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and can help you burn more fat (and make you look 200-percent leaner) than a traditional 60-minute aerobic workout. That's right—4 minutes of Tabata can get you better fitness gains than an entire hour of running on the treadmill.
High Intensity/Perfect For:
Those willing to endure a really tough workout as long as the results are there. This one will have you sucking wind and seeing stars but all evidence points to its effectiveness.

Rhythmic Strength
How it works: This extra long class is a combo of all your favorites: Choreographed cardio kickboxing with Zumba/dance, some strength training, and finishing off a with a nice long stretch!
