Vendor Inquiry

Mueva Fitness is looking for vendors for our monthly shopping event. If interested, please complete this Vendor Application or send an email to mykala@muevafitness.com with the following info:

• Your first and last name

• Your business name (if you have one)

• Contact phone number

• Email address

• Type of products you sell

***Please also include a picture of your product/s. Pictures must be included in order to be considered. In order to make it so none of the vendors are competing, space is limited to one vendor in each unique category (IE: jewelry, makeup, clothing, etc.)

Once your initial inquiry is received, we will contact you with placement availability and further event details.
